Question by fozzy bear: LG televisions…IPS panels?
Hi, i am thinking about getting either the lg42ld450 or the 490, what i want to know is if these tv’s use the s ips panel? I have heard that LG use random panels in their tv’s and i don’t particularly want to be paying £400 plus for a cheap screen. Thanks.

LG makes most of the panels out there. Open a Toshiba plasma, you think the panel had Toshiba stamped on it? No. It says LG. That’s just one example.
